Dont know what's happening to my right knee. This morning after life run, I felt the pain on my right knee again. Sometime i can feel that my Tibia is about probably 5 degree out of position from my Femur.. alamak...

Isn't this cool? Must get a High Density Polyethylene Surface so that it can absorb shock from the body. Wa, cant believe I still remebered what I have learnt from poly.. Not bad not bad. I suddenly miss my poly life.. omg.. I love those positive stress.. hahah..
